A minimum deposit of $200 is due at time of booking and is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.

All participants in a Lazertag Extreme event should have a completed waiver form. Click here to sign the waiver online. The online waiver will be valid for 1 year.

What is the minimum age to play lazertag?The manufacturer recommends age 7 and up and at least 42” tall. We offer Nerf parties for our younger guests.

Can the adults go in to watch and take pictures?NO, not unless they have purchased a Boarding Pass. For safety reasons, everyone in the arena must wear a battle suit that lights up.

Do you sell alcohol?YES! We have several beers and hard seltzers available.

Do you host parties for adults?YES! Adults make up about 25% of our events and our axe throwing is a popular add-on.

Does the birthday child count as a guest?YES! The guest of honor is included in the guest count of the party package.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

If parents stay for the party, will I be charged for them as a guest?NO, you will not be charged if they do not participate in the activities. However, if they will be hanging out in the party room then they do count towards the maximum occupancy of the room. The city of Simi Valley has imposed a maximum occupancy of 16 per room. If you think you might need more space to allow adults to hang out, then you should consider booking an extra room (we will combine party rooms to create more space) We encourage drop off so that we are able to focus on the birthday child and their guests but if parents wish to stay there is room in the café and the arcade for them to hang out while the party is going on.

Is there a fee to book an extra room?YES. The fee to book an additional party room is $150 per hour. This fee covers the room rental only and does not include any additional guests.

What if I need to book a party for more than the 16 maximum?BOOK A SUPERSIZE PARTY! The supersize party includes 20 guests AND you will have the additional room for more space to spread out!

Can I bring a cake?YES! Make sure you also bring the candles (or purchase one of our 2ft tall sparkler candles!)

Do you allow outside food?OTHER THAN A CAKE OR SIMILAR BIRTHDAY DESSERT, NO. We have lots of items you can order from our café including pizza, wings, sampler platters, and fruit and veggie platters. To be honest, our parties are so full of fun activities there isn’t much time for food and the kids could care less if there is pizza or not.

What if I REALLY really want to bring in my own food?Pay the $50 outside food fee and you can bring in your own food. But only as long as the food comes from an establishment that holds a current permit with the Health Dept. You can’t make a pot of spaghetti in your kitchen and bring it in!

Can I bring in my own decorations?YES! However, you will not be allowed to set it up prior to the party so you will be setting it up while the party is happening. You must bring blue painters tape to hang items on the wall and we do NOT allow helium balloons.

Do you offer any discounts on Birthday parties?The parties are already discounted. If you were to purchase everything in the package individually you would pay more than twice as much!

Are the lazertag battles private?NO. We can accommodate up to 38 players in every battle so you will be playing with whoever else has booked that battle.

What if I want my party to have private lazertag battles?You would need to purchase all remaining spots in each battle. (Call for current pricing)

How far in advance do I need to book?We usually fill up two weeks out so if you want a specific date/time, book ASAP!

DO I need to pay a deposit to book my party?YES. The deposit is $200 ($300 for SUPERSIZE parties) It is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you give us at least two weeks’ notice, we will MOVE your deposit to a new date should your plans change.

Can I tour the facility before I decide to book my party with you?ABSOLUTELY! Come in any time during normal hours and ask for a tour. We’ll show you the entire facility including the party rooms and even let your child try on the Lazertag Battle suit to make sure they are comfortable.
